Total Productive Maintenance (TPM)

As part of our continued support to our customers, we have developed a TPM (Total Productive Maintenance) plan, a service to protect your tools so they always work in an optimum condition.

Our TPM plan helps to reduce any production down times and breakdowns by offering maintenance and servicing around times convenient for you.

After the manufacture, we individually assess each tool and we set in place a TPM schedule to maximise the tool lifespan. The TPM schedule is based on:

  • Customer feedback
  • Total parts produced per annum
  • The frequency of the tool runs.
