Our capabilities offer a complete service. From your initial idea to prototyping, tool making, plastic injection moulding to the aftercare of the product. We are here to support you.

We have over 20 years’ experience in helping customers turn their idea into a reality.

We offer a complete design support service, which includes:

  • Project management and development
  • A dedicated quality partner throughout the project

  • Rapid prototyping, model making and testing
  • Intellectual property management

One of the early steps in the process of product development is the creation of a prototype which, simply put, is a three dimensional model of your idea.

Prototyping lets you see the product before it goes into the tooling stage, so you can get feedback on the usability and performance, and fine-tune the model. A prototype also gives you an idea of what your product looks like and what it can do.

We have a range of prototyping methods to suit your needs from 3D printing using CAD data to CNC machining. We can create prototypes from a small part of the product to the whole tool.

Plastic injection moulding is a process of manufacturing plastic parts. Injection moulding creates things such as containers, bottle caps, bins, telephone handsets, brushes, and other plastic objects that you see every day.

With over 20 years’ experience in the industry, we have developed a strong reputation for our ability to design and manufacture simple and complex injection moulded parts.

We use automated moulding machines that range from 22 tonnes to 1,000 tonnes, which means that if your parts are big and small, or thick and thin – we have you covered.

Our services don’t stop once the parts are made. We offer a range of post moulding services to complement our tool making and injection moulding. These include:

  • Ultrasonic welding: joining parts together
  • Pad printing: branding, instructions or other information onto your product
  • Soldering
